Tefillin represents a daily reminder of commitment—binding thought and action to Hashem with intention and humility. For me, it is a moment of focus and grounding, where everything else pauses and I reconnect to purpose and faith.
It also reflects my commitment to my family. By centering myself in that responsibility each day, I aim to show up more present, patient, and grounded for those I love, carrying that sense of devotion from prayer into how I live and lead at home.
